<br><font size=2 face="sans-serif">Sorry I missed that. I'm wondering
if qsub -env simply passes the environment var list on to mpirun -env?
Or does it also set environment vars that mpirun would see? In
this case it is mpirun that needs to see MPIRUN_LABEL=1, rather than the
app. I doubt if mpirun scrapes through the -env list it is passed
on the cmline looking for mpirun env vars.</font>
