[intrepid-notify] Intrepid production racks

Due to a hardware problem, starting Friday morning the 8-racks of
Intrepid production will be short one rack. Production will only
have 7 racks until, at the earliest, post-maintenance Monday.

Due to this, the largest partition available will be 4 racks.
In addition, the 4-rack partition will not be a torus but a mesh. A
torus will only be available on 512, 1024 and 2048 node
partitions. If you have runs that are very sensitive to torus/mesh
performance you should hold your runs until Tuesday. If you have
a deadline that requires access to a larger partition, please
contact support.

Because of this reduced capacity, only 256-node and smaller jobs will
run in the development queues.

We apologize for the inconvenience and will keep you updated on the
status of Intrepid.
