[intrepid-notify] Intrepid production queue changes

Now that we've had time to observe usage on Intrepid, we'd like to make
some changes to the queuing system.  During next week's scheduled
maintenance period on Monday, June 9, 2008, the following changes will
be made:

- One 512-node partition will be moved out of prod-devel and opened for
  production runs;

- The prod-long queue will be extended to run jobs up to 12 hours long (up
  from its previous 6 hours); and

- The maximum number of jobs you can queue will be increased to 6.

Please remember to request a reservation if you would like to be assured
computing resources.  Contact your Catalyst or support at alcf.anl.gov for
reservations.
