[intrepid-notify] Intrepid Monday maintenance (mostly) complete

Today's maintenance period is complete and the Intrepid login nodes  
have been returned to service.   However, we have encountered a  
problem on the system that is causing the scheduler to see incorrect  
information about the state of the compute nodes.  As a result, we  
have temporarily disabled job queueing until we can restart Cobalt at  
8 PM (when most of the currently running jobs will be finished).  We  
will update you when we have a change in the situation.
