The Intrepid system will have its weekly maintenance period on Tuesday
this coming week, as Monday is a U.S. holiday.

Maintenance starts:  9:00 a.m. US CDT on Tuesday, May 27, 2008
Expected end:  5:00 p.m. US CDT on Tuesday, May 27, 2008

During this time:

- no jobs will be run on the system
- there may be disruptions in filesystem access
- there may be disruptions in network access to the login nodes.

During this window, changes will be made to the user environment:

- Login node maintenance

Mail will be sent when the work has been completed and the machines are
again available for general use.  Please send any comments or questions
