[intrepid-notify] Intrepid 9/22 maintenance running long

Due to some issues that were uncovered while running diagnostics on Intrepid, today's Monday maintenance period will run past the expected end time of 5:00 p.m. U.S. Central time.  We don't currently have an estimate as to when the maintenance period will end, but we will send an announcement as soon as the system has been returned to normal use.
