[intrepid-notify] Intrepid/Eureka 03/30/2009 maintenance complete

Our regularly scheduled maintenance on Intrepid and Eureka has
concluded, and the system has been released back to normal use.  Please
note that we have a 40-rack (full-system) reservation in place on
Intrepid for the next several hours.  Jobs outside reservations will run
when it has finished.
