[intrepid-notify] Intrepid/Eureka 5/11/2009 maintenance complete

Our regularly scheduled maintenance on Intrepid and Eureka has  
concluded, and the system has been released back to normal use.

A change was made to the default queue on Eureka today:  the maximum  
number of jobs you can have in the queue at once has been increased to  
32.  We'll monitor Eureka to make sure jobs still make it through the  
queue in a reasonable fashion.  If you have any feedback -- positive  
or negative -- on the change, let us know.
