[intrepid-notify] HPSS extended outage

HPSS users,

	An extended outage of HPSS will be needed in order to upgrade to  
version 7.1.  This release requires that the operating system and  
database also be upgraded, prompting the need for additional  
downtime.  HPSS will be unavailable starting on Monday 11/16 through  
Friday 11/20.  We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may  
cause.
