[intrepid-notify] Emergency maintenance complete, PVFS unavailable

The emergency maintenance period on Intrepid and Eureka has ended, and the systems have been released.  Please note, however, that the PVFS filesystem (/intrepid-fs1) remains unavailable for now.  We're working on bringing it back up, and will let you know when it's available.

We're sorry that things took significantly longer than expected, and we appreciate your patience.
