[intrepid-notify] Filesystem issues on Intrepid and Surveyor

We have encountered a network issue that has disrupted service on the  
GPFS and PVFS filesystems on Surveyor and Intrepid.  ALCF Operations  
staff is working on the problem, though at present we do not have an  
ETA for resolution.  Until the problem is resolved, login sessions and  
jobs are likely to hang or fail.

We will send out another notice as soon as service has been restored.
