[intrepid-notify] ALCF BG/P Intrepid Scheduling Policy Change Notification Ammendment

ALCF User Community:

Last week we announced changes to Intrepid scheduling starting next Monday, 
April 5th.  In addition, we will also reduce the maximum job length in the 
backfill queue to 6 hours to improve the drain time for larger jobs in the 
production queue.  Please contact your catalyst or support at alcf.anl.gov with any
