[intrepid-notify] Queues temporarily halted

We believe we've mitigated the problem for now, so we've restarted the queues.  However, there's a reservation in place beginning at 9:00 a.m. Central time tomorrow (Feb. 5) for emergency maintenance.  At that time, we'll be applying more significant fixes that are believed to constitute a long-term fix.
