[intrepid-notify] Intrepid / Eureka System Status

Dear Users,

The chiller plant that cools our machine room has had a power outage and 
in order to minimize damage we have currently stopped scheduling on 
Intrepid, powered down Eureka and all login nodes and shutdown our file 
servers.

The maintenance staff are troubleshooting the issue of power to the 
chiller plant but we do not have an estimate of when things will be back 
again. We will send out another notification as soon as things are restored.
