[intrepid-notify] Intrepid/Eureka 2010-05-24 maintenance extension

Our regularly scheduled maintenance period on Intrepid and Eureka is being extended, as some of our maintenance activities are taking longer than expected.  We hope to release the system within the next 30 minutes, and will send another message when the machines are available for general use.
