[intrepid-notify] Special Downtime Announcement for ALCF Intrepid

Intrepid will be unavailable Wednesday, October 20th, from 9am to 9pm 
CDT for system upgrades.  During this period:

- No jobs will be run
- Logins will be unavailable

Please note Eurkea is not impacted.  Eureka login, visualization nodes 
and GPFS/PVFS filesystems shared between Intrepid and Eureka will 
continue to be available.  Also, this is an off cycle downtime that does 
not replace any regular bi-weekly Monday preventive maintenance period.
