[intrepid-notify] Intrepid/Eureka maintenance complete

Our regularly scheduled maintenance on Intrepid and Eureka has concluded, and the system has been released back to normal use.

With this maintenance, please note:
* Intrepid has been upgraded to driver version V1R4M2 with all current efixes;
* the default XL compiler has been set to the August 2010 PTF
* softenv has been upgraded to version 1.6.2

IBM advises that for best performance and to take advantage of updated libraries and code, that users recompile or relink their binaries as applicable. Prior expericence has shown that it is not necessary to relink or recompile to continue operating with existing binaries.
