[intrepid-notify] Intrepid/Eureka maintenance complete

Our regularly scheduled maintenance on Intrepid and Eureka has concluded, and these systems have been released back to normal use.  Currently, HPSS remains unavailable as we work on resolving a persistent failure.  We will notify you when HPSS has been restored to service.
