[intrepid-notify] Intrepid/Eureka Maintenance Complete

Our scheduled maintenance on Intrepid and Eureka has concluded, and  
the system has been released back to normal use.  As a reminder, the  
system clocks on Surveyor and Gadzooks are now set to Universal  
Coordinated Time (UTC).  For details, you may review our documentation
