[intrepid-notify] Surveyor and Gadzooks Timezone Change

Dear Users,

As a reminder, today ALCF facilities transition to Universal Coordinated Time 
(UTC) for the system clock.  After we return from maintenance, the system clock 
will report six hours ahead relative to the pre-change timezone.  Any absolute 
(specific) times displayed by software after toady will be in UTC, though a 
mechanism exists for users to select a preferred timezone for display purposes. 
  Examples include filesystem listings, cobalt reservations and HPSS.  Users 
with cron jobs should check their crontabs and ensure execution times relative 
to their home timezone are appropriate (also note cron will always operate 
relative to UTC).
