[intrepid-notify] Intrepid/Eureka brief outage 7/21

Intrepid and Eureka will be down for three hours beginning at 16:00 UTC, July 21, 2011, for work related to bringing the new prod-devel resource online that may interrupt access to GPFS filesystems. Please note: During this time logins will be closed and jobs will not run. We will notify you when the systems are once again available.
