[intrepid-notify] NOTICE: Delay in ALCF Ticketing System Downtime

Due to implementation delays, the upgrade of the ALCF Ticketing system announced earlier has not yet been completed. During this time, the web interface will be unreachable. Although no tickets will be created, any new correspondence sent to either support at alcf.anl.gov or accounts at alcf.anl.gov is not viewable by support staff, but will be queued up on the mail servers and delivered after the new server is in production. Please note this means you will not receive an 'AutoReply' email from us for any new tickets you open during this time.

We will issue an "all clear" email when the service is back online. If you have urgent issues, please call the Help Desk at 630-252-3111, or toll-free, 866-508-9181.
