[intrepid-notify] File system and scheduler problems on Intrepid

We are experiencing GPFS file system problems, which have caused the scheduler to freeze.  Existing jobs are still running, but new jobs are not being scheduled.  We and IBM are actively working on the problem.  We will give you more information as it is available.
