[intrepid-notify] Intrepid Scheduling Update - still unavailable

Scheduling on Intrepid is still unavailable due to a system problem.  We 
are working on restoring service as quickly as possible but do not have 
an estimated time of completion at this time. We will send another 
notice when scheduling has resumed.
