[intrepid-notify] System maintenance begins Sunday, November 27

This weekend our normally scheduled Monday outage will start 16 hours 
earlier on Sunday, November 27 to fit in key maintenance activities. You 
may see that your jobs will be held (instead of set to run) earlier than 
you might anticipate. We expect to be up and running at our regularly 
scheduled end of maintenance.
