[intrepid-notify] Intrepid/Eureka/Challenger 2011-10-03 maintenance extended

We continue to work on restoring Intrepid, Eureka, and Challenger to service.  Our revised estimate for system release is 0500 UTC (12:00 midnight U.S. Central time).  We will send notification when the systems have been restored to regular use.
