[intrepid-notify] Short HPSS outage

There will be a brief HPSS outage tonight starting at 1:00 UTC on 10/21. The outage is needed to correct a problem with the database transaction log mirror. We will notify you when the outage ends. Thank you for your patience. Please direct any questions to support at alcf.anl.gov.
