[intrepid-notify] Prod-devel Moves from Intrepid to Challenger October 31

On Monday, October 31, the prod-devel queue move from Intrepid to Challenger will be complete. At that time, Intrepid will no longer accept prod-devel jobs. To submit to the prod-devel queue, users must log into Challenger. Please note that support for ensemble jobs on Challenger may be delayed.
