[intrepid-notify] Intrepid & Challenger Update

A faulty disk controller which services intrepid-fs0 is being replaced at this time.  While the 
filesystem is available for read-write I/O on logins, filesystem availability is subject to change 
without advanced notice.  Jobs will be released once the controller is replaced and large scale I/O 
tests have passed.  Estimated restoration is 00:45 UTC, Friday Dec 28 (18:45 US/Central, Dec 27).
