*** Allinea DDT Updated to Version 4.1 ***
The Allinea DDT parallel debugger has been updated to version 4.1 on all 
Blue Gene/P systems (Intrepid, Challenger, and Surveyor). This is now 
the default version selected by the softenv key "+ddt". Release notes 
are available at the Allinea website:

*** ALCF Recommends Globus Online to Assist with Data Migration ***
Globus Online is available to help users move, share, and archive large 
volumes of data among distributed sites. For information on how to use 
Globus Online, visit

***Intrepid, Challenger, and Eureka Maintenance on Monday ***
Intrepid, Challenger, and Eureka will have regularly scheduled 
preventive maintenance this coming week. Maintenance starts at 14:00 UTC 
on Monday, August 12, and is expected to end at 00:30 UTC on Tuesday, 
August 13. During this time, there will be no access to the login nodes 
and no jobs will be run on the system. We will email users when the work 
has been completed and the machines are again available for general use.

*** Surveyor and Gadzooks systems Maintenance on Monday ***
Surveyor and Gadzooks systems will have regularly scheduled preventive 
maintenance this coming week. Maintenance starts at 14:00 UTC on Monday,
