[intrepid-notify] ALCF CRYPTOCARD issues

We have encountered an issue with the CRYPTOCARD system. We are looking 
into the problem and will update you within an hour. Users will not be 
able to log in to ALCF resources that require a CRYPTOCARD during this 
time.

We apologize for the inconvenience, and are working to resolve this
