[intrepid-notify] Terminating login sessions on Eureka

There is a problem with the GPFS client on the Eureka login node (login1.eureka).  We must immediately terminate all login sessions on Eureka in order to diagnose and fix the problem.

We apologize for the inconvenience.  Another notice will be sent out when we've opened the system for logins again.  Note that this problem does not affect Intrepid or Challenger.
