[intrepid-notify] Intrepid maintenance complete

Our regularly scheduled maintenance on Intrepid has concluded, and the system has been released back to normal use.  Some parts of Intrepid will remain down as we continue to troubleshoot remaining system issues.  These nodes will be released for use when we have resolved these issues.  You may use the "showres" command to see which nodes are currently being held for further diagnostics.
