[intrepid-notify] Errors upon job submission

Job submission (qsub) on all ALCF computing resources is currently failing due to a network routing problem.  The problem is external to the ALCF; ANL network engineers are working to restore service as quickly as possible.

In the meantime, running and queued jobs will not be affected.  However, no new jobs can be queued until the networking problem is resolved.  We will let you know when all service has been restored.
