[intrepid-notify] Network Issue Resolved

The network routing problem affecting job submission (qsub) on all ALCF 
computing resources was resolved on Thursday at 7 p.m. The problem was 
traced to an unresponsive Argonne router that is external to the ALCF.

During the outage, running and queued jobs were not impacted, but new 
jobs could not be queued. We apologize for any inconvenience. Please 
contact support at alcf.anl.gov with any questions or concerns.
