Man, Hal wasn't kidding that llvm-bgq-discuss is the place to be.

I'm working from master branch, always.   That workflow, where I make
changes and then tell you, bobc, or the PMR system "go pick this
changeset from master", seems to have worked well (if a bit
high-latency).
