Interesting, I'll check out what our on-site IBMers did in those xCAT
postscripts. Certainly the XL and GCC toolchains don't seem to mind.
I wonder if there's a symlink that's missing here?

Not at present, we jumped early to V1R2M0 and bled for that and after
recent Infiniband related outages (grr) and a fair amount of hardware
replacement work (including midplanes) we need some quiet time for the
users before we consider that.
