Are you sure?  My understanding was that those files are only available
in V1R2M1, our V1R2M0 install doesn't appear to have anything mentioning
them.

[root at avoca-m ~]# find /bgsys -name 'gcc*diff*'
/bgsys/drivers/V1R2M0/ppc64/toolchain/gcc-4.4.6.diff

[root at avoca-m ~]# ls /bgsys/drivers/V1R2M0/ppc64/toolchain
binutils-2.21.1.diff  gcc-4.4.6.diff  glibc-2.12.2.diff  gnu-prepatch.sum  retrieveToolChains.sh
buildToolChain.sh     gdb-7.2.diff    gnu.diff           README.toolchain
