[Llvm-bgq-discuss] Updates for nightly install scripts, new bgclang on JUQUEEN.

Hi folks,

After a long delay I finally managed to update the install scripts for the LLVM BGQ rpms provided by Hal such that the automatic installation of the nightly version works again (https://github.com/sloede/install-bgq <https://github.com/sloede/install-bgq>). Besides adding support for stage3, the scripts were also extended to allow the easy installation of stable versions as well as versions with a patch release greater than 1.

Besides, on JUQUEEN the bgclang version (module load clang) defaults to the latest stable release, while the nightly versions are finally working again.
