[surveyor-notify] Off-Cycle scheduled downtime Wednesday, June 25th 2011

Please make note that on Wednesday, June 25th 2011 at 5pm, Surveyor will be down for approximately 90 minutes while we install upgrades to the scheduler which include enhancements to reservation data management. An all-clear message will be sent when the maintenance cycle has concluded.
