*** Thanksgiving Holiday: Help Desk Unavailable November 24, 25 ***
Argonne will be closed for the Thanksgiving holiday November 24 and 25. The ALCF help desk will be closed as well. Emergency email response and hardware support will be best effort during this holiday break. We wish you a safe and happy holiday.

*** System Maintenance Begins Sunday, November 27 ***
A extended maintenance begins at 23:00 UTC on Sunday, November 27, for Intrepid, Eureka and Challenger for the switch to the new '/home' file system. It is expected to end at 01:00 UTC on Tuesday, November 29. For Surveyor and Gadzooks, maintenance starts at 15:00 UTC on Monday, November 28, and is expected to end at 00:30 UTC on Tuesday, November 29. The systems will be unavailable during maintenance (no access to login nodes, no jobs will be run on the systems). Please watch the "notify" lists for projected and actual release times.
