[surveyor-notify] Surveyor/Gadzooks maintenance complete

Our regularly scheduled maintenance on Surveyor and Gadzooks has concluded, and the system has been released back to normal use.  eFixes 45 and 46 have been installed on Surveyor.  Our testing has confirmed that existing binaries continue to work, so you do not need to recompile.  However, custom ramdisks do not contain the new CIOD included in eFix 46, so they must be rebuilt.
