How long would it take for you to upgrade to 1.0.7rc1 and send us a patch?
Will the patch have changes above the MPID level (bg/p device) that we will
have to test out on the various platforms that MPICH2 runs on?

Would you prefer a patch to enable BlueGene (DCMF) support based on
1.0.7rc1, and then release version 1.0.7rc2, followed by release 1.0.7 ? Or
do you prefer a patch based on 1.0.7 to be included in a future release
(perhaps 1.0.7p1, or 1.0.8) ?
