[intrepid-notify] Intrepid 10/20 maintenance complete

Quick note to early science folks -- production (row 0) is fully  
online, but rows 1 through 4 are still offline to track down a network  
port problem.  We're working that problem and are hoping to have the  
non-production part of the machine back shortly.
