[intrepid-notify] Extended Intrepid Maintenance

As we announced on July 24th, we are taking an extended maintenance  
period on intrepid.  This maintenance period will begin at 00:00:01  
(just after midnight) Monday morning August 17th and is planned  
through Friday night, August 21st at 9PM, though we will make every  
effort to return intrepid to service sooner than that.  During this  
outage we will be doing 4 things:

- upgrading all hosts to SLES10 SP2

- Myricom will be doing the next (and with luck the last) transceiver  
testing / replacements.

- Running performance tests before and after the OS upgrade to see  
what impact it has.  Early indications from Surveyor are that we may  
see a small file system performance improvement from the new OFED stack.

- Testing our emergency shut down procedures.

Surveyor will go down for normal maintenance Monday morning at 9AM and  
will return to service at 5PM as normal.
