[intrepid-notify] Intrepid/Eureka 03/23/2009 maintenance complete

Our regularly scheduled maintenance on Intrepid and Eureka has
concluded, and the system has been released back to normal use.  Note
that there is a 40-rack (full-system) reservation on Intrepid that
begins immediately.  Queued jobs outside that reservation will begin
when the reservation concludes.
