[intrepid-notify] Addendum to Monday maintenance e-mail - logins will be closed

Note :  There is a slight modification to the Monday maintenance email  
that was sent out.  It turns out that logins will be closed on Monday  
and people will not be able to log in to Intrepid or Eureka during pm.
