[intrepid-notify] Intrepid filesystem fs0 down until further notice

Hello again,

We have suffered yet another filesystem failure, we will be taking intrepid-fs0 down for a few hours to try to fix the underlying issues with the hardware.

The queues for Intrepid and Eureka have been paused. We will send notification again when everything is back to normal.
