[intrepid-notify] Intrepid and Eureka temporarily out of service

Dear users,

At approximately 2:45 am today, we encountered a system wide issue
leading to the loss of running jobs, loss of GPFS and Cobalt services,
and rendering the system temporarily out of service. We are working to
return both systems to service and perform root cause analysis at this
time. We will follow up with e-mail announcing the return of the
system to service.
