[intrepid-notify] File system issues on Intrepid and Eureka

Dear Users,

We are currently experiencing file system issues on Intrepid and Eureka 
and scheduling has been stopped until the file system is restored.

We are working quickly to resolve the issues and will send out 
notification when the systems are restored.
